"Stayed over for one night for a wedding reception at a nearby venue, as soon as we walked in the staff were so accommodating even having a hot platter done for us which was very plentiful, the rooms are really nice lovely bedding and the bath towels are huge I would not hesitate in recommending a stay here, all the staff here are some of the best we’ve come across in hotels "

"We attended a family wedding held at the hotel. Everything was great for our overnight stay. The staff were very helpful helping us with our luggage as due to the age of the building there are no lifts available. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. A small negative for us was the shower was in a bathtub which was a little tricky to get in/out."

"Aston hall will always have a special place in our hearts as we got married here. On our recent stay we got to experience the new rooms/decor which is really well done. We stayed in the Marwood room which was originally 2 rooms that has now been made into 1 room. The en-suite toilet needs looking at, as it’s a bit smelly. Also maybe a blind in the hall so you can move from the bedroom to the sitting room freely without being on display. The food was really nice, we had the Sunday dinner then lots of small plates at night time. Cocktails were really good too for the price. The only downside over food was staff seemed to disappear for a while at a time. Not sure if this is because the restaurant and bar are a bit further away from each other now? But all good food and drink"
