"After The first night all beds were made and they brought up sheets for the sofa bed. The second nothing was made and the third night one bed was made. I did not ask for housekeeping up they came in any way. First night was great but just wished they hadn’t made the one bed on the third night. Other than that our trip was great. Granddaughter loved the pool area and movie night. It was so nice to have a good breakfast before we started our day at the park."

"Hotel is getting rundown. The balcony of our room was filthy and looked it was rotting away. They forgot to mention on booking that the pool was out of service so no pool or hot tub which would’ve been a nice treat after walking 20,000 steps with an aching body. The breakfast was very average. We checked in late and got a room off the busy street. It would’ve been nice to have a courtyard room. They also forgot to mention that there was no housekeeping unless requested. So we had no clean room for two days. very average experience and we booked two rooms."

"The pool area was excellent, SaltFlower was good and fairly fast, and the location was perfect if you are attending something at the Anaheim Convention Center. Poppy's had good service and hit-or-miss food. "

"PROS: Our room was clean, the location is a 6 minute walk to DL security and the pool is great. CONS: The charge $75 for early check in. I've stayed at many hotels and resorts around DL and they always accommodate early check in. I finally get a call saying my room was ready, I got the key and went to the room to find the staff just starting to clean. Have to wait another 45 minutes. Lastly there's no bathroom at the pool, you have to walk across the parking lot to find one. I would stay here again, however it would only be if they have a great deal going on."

"They charged $15 for parking per car. There was not continental breakfast. And they charged a deposit of $120 that will take 3-5 business days to return. I'll never go back."
