Lovely hotel, all the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Location is excellent for lots of the main attractions and straight across from the savoy theatre where we were going to see Paddington the musical. Nice large room with sofa couch with a separate small bedroom, had a separate toilet/sink and shower/tub/sink room which was nice for multiple people. Our room was facing the main road which made it quite noisy
It’s clean, convenient and a reasonable price for where it is. Not the most comfortable of beds, but if you want luxury you need to pay more elsewhere.
