It’s a nice hotel, but the room was very small and the room location looked tightly into another building over an alley where the garbage truck came through around 1 in the morning without fail. You also got cigarette smoke wafting up into the room from the alley smokers. The room location was awful but overall the hotel was nice.
Also, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel location for vacation travelers. You’re right in the middle of a business district which isn’t great.

The room was clean, staff was super polite, and the location is quite good. It's a bit of a walk from either Pimlico or Westminster stations; however, the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood so you can sleep well.

"Immaculately clean and well air conditioned, but was definitely unnecessarily compact. Only book if you can put up with ‘pod’ doors being slammed every hour of the day and night…they have to be slammed apparently.,,there’s no gentle way of actually closing the door!!"

"Checking in the staff jumps you to nag for more money. They wanted $110 to check bags since we were there 1hr before check-in. When we scoffed, they allowed us access to our empty and clean room for $60. There was NOTHING in the room, no TV, no desk, no nightstand, no window. Just pay more and go ..."
