Lucas on reception was excellent, so helpful and friendly.
Room was a good size with a comfortable large bed and great shower.
Air conditioning worked well too.
Coffee machine and kettle in room. Very handy for an overnight stay near the Airport.

Outstanding - great family half term holiday! 2 adults 2 daughters for a week.
The hotel has an awesome location 3 roads back from the Seine, our room was recently refurbished and very comfortable. Food quality was excellent with good kids options at dinner and breakfast (Nutella waffles went down a treat!).
Most of all, the team were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout from arranging taxis to providing advice.
We have already decided to return as a result!
The only watch out is that...

Great hotel. Really hard to get to unless you have a car.
All spa amenities are extra and expensive.
The third night they didnt even make our room.
The reception team otherwise was super nice, friendly, helpful and with great English

We were very lucky and had a free room upgrade to a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. We have had many trips to Paris and I can honestly say this was the best room we have ever had. It was very spacious with everything you could want for a lovely stay.
It was unique in that not only could you see the tower from the bed but from the shower too. This must be the best room in the hotel.
The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpfule and I would highly recommend this hotel.

A wonderful hotel for exploring Paris or just chilling out in the locality. Service and care within the hotel was superb. The hotel is beautiful and the staff were all excellent. High quality restaurants are very close and so is the Metro station at Bastille. Difficult to find any fault at all.
