"We had originally purchased one night through hotels.com. Before we came to the property, we needed to extend our stay one additional night. Instead of putting the 2 nights together, they charged us a fee of $25 (which the Gen Mgr Tina said was a deal because they would have charged $60) to stay in the same room. And not check out and check-in. That doesn't seem right."

"The quality of the room wasn’t great. Our towel rack fell off the wall, the TV was so dark it was hard to watch, and there were hairs in the bathroom when we checked in. Note that they also charge $22 for parking per night for self parking in a giant empty lot, which we didn’t find out about until we were charged after checking out. Would have been great if the front desk had let us know about this extra charge upon check-in or if there was some actual safety or convenience that went with this charge."
