Only booked 5 mins before we arrived due to change in travel plans. Very welcoming and efficient reception. Room clean, comfortable but quite loud until late in the evening due to railway lines/station just outside the room window but seemed to quieten through night.

Everyone was friendly but the place was either in process of upgrading or just rundown. Broken things: hot tub jets, fitness room water, hotel deodorizer, room coffee maker, shower head and water pressure. The good everyone was friendly & location. Too expensive to justify the list of broken amenities and smelliness of the elevator and floor two.

This is our go to hotel to stay at with our family, when in the area. Upon our arrival, our room is already when we check-in from the app, with our mobile key ready for us to head straight to our room. The rooms are always clean and have a modern decor.
