"No contact from Management for over 48 hours! DO NOT STAY HERE! Our room seemed dated but otherwise fine at first. We had a King Suite which is not typically a family room, so not as dirty as the room our friends got. The ants visited us on the third day, coming from behind the bed and the hot tub. We kept our garbage and food cleared so Im not sure why they even visited. The really alarming incident during our stay was at 3:55am when we woke to our neighbors in the midst of a loud fight with lots of loud shuffling in the room, as if a physical altercation was happening. Right next door on the other side of the wall. For fear they may have a firearm that can shoot through the wall, I call the front desk. Unfortunately, the male voice could not speak English and kept offering me a pillow until I demanded he call 911 and/or check the room and ask them to stop. He told me I should do it. Mind you I have only myself and my 13yr daughter in the room. Yes, I freaked out. It took at least 5 minutes for someone to arrive and knock on their door. The door opened long enough for the tenant to scream, "Go the F*CK away!" The disruption lasted over an hour while the cops continued to manage the situation. Never offered a new room that would be safer, or a refund for that night stay. No assistance offered or credit to the stay. Literally the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed at with no safety standard for guests. I was never asked about the situation or contacted. "

"This place needs an update incredibly bad we normally stay at IHG or choice properties and travel across country often but there properties were booked so we couldn’t stay at one of those properties and we had to go with this one as we had our dogs with us and needed a pet friendly hotel with two beds. It was barely clean, super run down, a dog across the hall didn’t stop barking from 9 pm to 7 am but I we were to exhausted to deal with it and just did our best to ignore it. There was garbage equipment all over near the pool made it look like a landfill. The beds are terrible and broke down probably haven’t been switched out in over 10 years. Don’t waste your money keep going into grants pass and stay there with a newer property is what we should have done and was our original plan but again we were exhausted and needed to stop. "
