Check in is at 3. We got there at 4 and our room wasn’t ready or even close. No other available rooms since we booked a handicap accessible room. Once it was “cleaned” we got in and there was stuff all over the wood floor like it hasn’t been swept in days. White towels had what looked like old blood stains on them and wreaked of bleach. The front desk lady was friendly and tried to help speed the cleaning process but the cleaning staff is not doing well. Never again!

Basic room in commercial industrial area. Clean and newish. Room smelled too much of cleaner. Should use a neutral scent cleaner. Breakfast and coffee stand only offered sweetened creamers. Plain cream should be offered for those avoiding sugar.

This is an OK property for where it's located, which is White City, not Medford. Listing it with properties for Medford is simply inaccurate and misleading. Friendly young staff and the condition of the hotel is fine. It's a food desert - the restaurant next door sucks and there is not much else nearby. It's in an industrial area - if you have business nearby it would be great, but if you need to be in Medford, prepare to drive a bit/

First time staying here and I am very pleased. The rooms are simple and straightforward, so nothing terribly fancy, but the entire facility is super clean, the staff was so friendly, their breakfast was really good. Unlike any other free hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with my kids, and my older son got to enjoy the gym. Easy parking, location was great, close to town. Would recommend and stay here again.
