View was fantastic staff were very friendly specially mr Zaki who made sure that our stay was comfortable all our needs were met and special thanks to aml at the house keeping department who made sure our room was spotlessly clean and very helpful.we stayed at most of the hotels on the Nile in Cairo and grand Nile was the least expensive but the best in guest service so we are definitely going back later on the year

I booked the hotel but actually stayed in their other property Sama Sherif Basha Hotel due to unavailability issues. This could have gone terribly wrong and was offered to stay in Sama Sherif and at 4am in the morning I don’t want to end up in the streets so accepted. The trip was saved. I visited from the UK recently with my daughter. Very nice hotel rooms are clean and comfortable nicely stocked beverages tea coffee etc with fresh water everyday in our room. The SPA facilities are very good and free. Great hotel - clean spacious room with great amenities! Also an excellent breakfast. Good options for restaurants - the Armenian is highly recommended.

Excellent three night stay

Entire stay was amazing from start to finish! The service is wonderful from every staff member from the moment you arrive. I ate in all but 1 restaurant, used the pool as well as spa services. Not one complaint from me about any of it.

Excellent location, just across the road from the Egypt Musem. Easy walk to the River Nile, and not too far from excellent shopping. The whole stay got off to a horrible , when HOTELOPIA failed to make a reservation, meaning that the hotel did know about us. Having stayed in Heliopolis, Cairo before I found this hotel to be very quite and peaceful. It's away from the main road so traffic can't be heard. Up to the usual high Marriot standards and staff polite and helpful. Will be using again.
