It is my usual stay in Cairo, staff anticipate your needs, reception team is impressive

View was fantastic staff were very friendly specially mr Zaki who made sure that our stay was comfortable all our needs were met and special thanks to aml at the house keeping department who made sure our room was spotlessly clean and very helpful.we stayed at most of the hotels on the Nile in Cairo and grand Nile was the least expensive but the best in guest service so we are definitely going back later on the year

Amazing location

Great place to be if you have an earlier flights or want to stay in safe zone

Not like other Four Seasons, but they have specially view on the pyramids from the window of my room. The hotel staff were very kind and friendly. The room was very clean and pleasant, room service was really good and very helpful, I called them at 3.30am asking for a extra duvet, its provide straight away :) Location is great there is not in a quiet location off the main noise road, but the real problem about the noise was inside my room, the guys in the next room making so high conversation...

I booked the hotel but actually stayed in their other property Sama Sherif Basha Hotel due to unavailability issues. This could have gone terribly wrong and was offered to stay in Sama Sherif and at 4am in the morning I don’t want to end up in the streets so accepted. The trip was saved. Ahmed was very helpful in settling us in the rooms and it was spacious and clean. Breakfast was served in the room and could feed a whole village. The hotel is in Downtown Cairo and plenty of restaurants and...

A real hidden gem in Cairo! I wasn’t quite sure what to expect when booking this hotel. I was specifically looking for a budget-friendly option in downtown Cairo and understood that it might not offer all the services and facilities you would typically find at the more established hotel chains. However, this place genuinely exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is located on the 9th floor, with reception on the 10th floor accessible by a short flight of stairs from the lift. We stayed in a...

Superb Cairo experience, thanks to Kempinski hotel

Wonderful staff. Great buffet breakfast. Very clean and comfortable.

Wonderfully close to the pyramids. Service was excellent. Security excellent.

This hotel offers a very balanced experience. The location is excellent, close to transportation and major points of interest. The staff were polite and attentive, and the organized tours added great value to our stay. Cleanliness and security were clearly a top priority.

It was a hidden gem. We felt like living at home. The staff, all of them were so polite and friendly. We came out very happy.

I visited from the UK recently with my daughter. Very nice hotel rooms are clean and comfortable nicely stocked beverages tea coffee etc with fresh water everyday in our room. The SPA facilities are very good and free. Good money exchange although note if your travelling from the UK the machine does not take the new £10 notes Nice restaurants in the Hotel, food is priced the same as London and not local price. We struggled to find places to eat outside of the Hotel so do your research if you...

The Hotel located near the Nile You can easily walk to the bridge. The staff are welcoming & they make everything smooth for you.

Excellent three night stay

Great hotel - clean spacious room with great amenities! Also an excellent breakfast. Good options for restaurants - the Armenian is highly recommended.

Entire stay was amazing from start to finish! The service is wonderful from every staff member from the moment you arrive. I ate in all but 1 restaurant, used the pool as well as spa services. Not one complaint from me about any of it.

Excellent location, just across the road from the Egypt Musem. Easy walk to the River Nile, and not too far from excellent shopping. The whole stay got off to a horrible , when HOTELOPIA failed to make a reservation, meaning that the hotel did know about us. However, we managed to come to an arrangement with the hotel, and although we paid a higher rate, we managed to negotiate a reasonarate for the seven nights.Mustafa, Ahmed and Mohammed at the were all very helpful when needed. Thoroughly...

Great experience room ok staff great 🙌

Having stayed in Heliopolis, Cairo before I found this hotel to be very quite and peaceful. It's away from the main road so traffic can't be heard. Up to the usual high Marriot standards and staff polite and helpful. Will be using again.
