It was a good stay but the property has some wear and tear and the cleaners missed things that needed cleaning

Excellent and well equipped. Great information available.

Close proximity to West Palm Beach Airport. Room clean, polite staff, decent breakfast

Had a great 3 nights at this hotel. The Resort Fee covered all beach/pool amemeties which at some other hotels you are asked to pay extra for. The beach must be one of the best in Florida and the sea was crystal clean. Also need to mention Amabel (hope I spelt that correctly), who was everything you would hope for in a bar man...worldly wise and funny. Excellent clean and relaxed hotel.

Fabulous Hotel you will not be disappointed, awesome breakfast

Amazing staff. There were some hairs around my cink upon arrival. They don’t wash the towels daily or make your bed sheets each day like a standard hotel. Otherwise awesome place and perfect location for my trip. Highly recommend staying with them.

Very nice facilities well maintained & great location

Loved this hotel, was fantastic for relaxing on the beach and by the pool. Would highly recommend it.

A fabulous Residence Inn, run by first class staff offering the best of customer service.

Ruby at reception was warm and friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and valued, offering lots of guidance with local amenities. She’s an asset to the hotel. The room was clean and spacious and exceeded our expectations.

Check in by the guy on reception was super quick and so helpful! Nice guy! Room was clean as was the whole hotel! Would recommend!!

My go-to hotel in Palm Beach - very good value, but great rooms, facilities and staff
