"Very disappointed with how adding an extra day played out. My wife booked it at about 11:45 when she checked in on Thursday to add an extra night and accidentally booked for a Friday in June instead of the one intended in April. I had to follow up with the hotel repeatedly over the next 5 days to cancel it (60 days in advance) but they would not provide a refund. Our mistake, but I have not had this experience anywhere else. Total lack of empathy, consideration or customer service."

"We were pleasantly surprised at how clean the hotel was. The breakfast had sufficient choices and the area was always being cleaned. The hotel was in a convenient location and the room had everything we needed, except towels and toilet paper which we had to ask for. I would highly recommend this place for the price, convenience and cleanliness. "

"Did not eat breakfast. AC was great super cold room very clean but bathroom shower very outdated and dark. The vanity light over the sink was so dim like candle light. They need to upgrade bathroom fixtures and lighting! However it was quiet. The bed sheet did not fit well and kept sliding off the hard mattress. Otherwise not a bad stay. "
