"Wonderful communication as soon as we booked and a warm welcome upon arrival. Claudio explained the grounds to us and even insisted to bring our bags to second level where our room was. room itself had small refrigerator for drinks, effective air conditioning and a welcome bottle of water. there is a cute table and chairs outside to enjoy the wonderful view of etna, pool, etc. every apartment also has a convenient drying rack which is smart. do yourself a favour and eat at the restaurant....

"we stayed in April 2023 with our two kids (aged 5 & 9) - the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were bright, spacious and airy and we had an amazing view of mount etna and the beach :) breakfast was lovely and we had a few lunches/dinners which were very nice. The swimming pool was a big hit with the kids - it looks very natural and again - wonderful views of mt etna. location wise - we walked to riposte for lunches/dinners (around 30 min walk) along the sea front, and the hotel...
