"The room was filthy. I arrived late otherwise would have requested another room. I raised upon check out the next day and got a loose apology. Not good enough and a total dissapointment for $330 a night."

"A very excellent hotel with friendly, professional staff. I took advantage of the pool, the concierge service to leave my bags before check in and room service which was very clean. My main complaint is that the walls are very thin and I could constantly hear the family in the large room next door talking, the microwave beeping, and the dragging around of furniture. Not super sound proof. "

"A comfortable place to stay and directly opposite a very good Turkish restaurant Ahmets - that was a highlight for us. Please note there is NO airport shuttle, which was listed by hotels.com as a complimentary service. "

"Great location in the west end. Walking distance to Southbank. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Apartment was well set out and well equipped with everything needed. "

"I stay there all the time while I’m visiting the business and for the cost of the rooms they could in better shape. For example last time I stayed the glass mosaic was coming off the wall the curtains are always damaged either stained or broken which is a shame considering everything else is fine with the venue and the rooms."
