The hotel was very close to the beach and Old Town and is in a relatively quiet area of the resort. The staff were excellent and very efficient. The range of food meant you could have variety throughout the week. We went for the Select option which meant we had access to a room offering branded alcohol, newspapers and a private small terrace - would strongly advise people go for this option. The jewel in the crown is the spa - went there twice and it's a real treat. Would stay here again...

Spent 4 nights here celebrating a birthday. Premium brand drinks served, my friend only drinks southern comfort, they didn’t have any at the hotel but arranged to get some in just for my friend. Food was fab, lots of choice, rooms were lovely, spacious & clean, staff were very pleasant, although we didn’t have kids with us I would highly recommend it as a family holiday, overall a fab place to stay. 100% fab

We stayed at Bonalba for a week and it we lived it. The staff is very helpful, the family rooms are comfortable and the facilities and food are very good. Although it is a bit far from the beach we had a rented car so this wasn't an issue for us. It would be far better it the hotel offered parking for free instead of the €6 surcharge though given the location. But this shouldn't put you off as there's always parking on the road if you're willing to walk for a bit. However overall we had...
