Walk in to a nearby hotel and was immediately offered a room. Waste my time, international call time, money and most importantly ruined the trip for me and my girlfriend. I wish to speak to the higher up of hotels.com for compensation."

"The breakfast was terrible, some food were finished at 9.15am, milk was not top up until we asked and not cold for cereal. Traditional kueh were finished too at 9.15am even though bf was till 10am. Last year bf was great but not this time so will not book again. "
