Super considerate staff, beautiful spacious rooms, great beach and swimming pools

Hotel was fabulous. All brand new. The staff are so welcoming and accommodating

Amazing unique experience on a rare piece of history. What a great idea to transform a legendary boat to an hotel.

The location is very good, in between chinese wet markets and 2 shopping malls - BCS and Grand Batam Mall. From our hotel, we are also able to see Singapore's MBS!!! Magnificant! But the bad thing is that the breakfast was too cold, not warm at all, didnt really take the 2nd day breakfast because it was quite bad. Hope they can improve on the food. Overall good stay!

Modern hotel . Staff friendly . Good swimming pool . Good location . Only issue is that still has a lot of construction sites working around hotel

Just 1 month open, So far okay

Every person working there seems so happy and friendly, remembering my name, greeting me with huge smiles and even remembering my drinks preferences! The room was very clean and comfortable and best of all, it was so quiet. I had a very peaceful rest here which was just what I needed. Loved it!

A new hotel and I was surprised one of the lifts was out of order for almost a week creating long queues at certain times. The hotel is next door to the ferry terminal and almost opposite the Mega mall which was very handy. Most of the staff spoke limited English but all were very obliging, fetching other staff when our requests werent understood. The pool sadly has very little shade and there were no sun brollies available.

Thank you for the room set up for my partner's bday! Really the best choice for us.. as always.

Rooms are dated but well maintained and cleaned for their age. Staff were very attentive, helpful and welcoming. The beach was beautiful one of the best we have seen. Food offering on half board was good. Pool area and grounds are lovely.
