The gas was not working! We spent the night freezing cold with hardly any sleep. A neighbouring caravan told us that someone had been to the caravan before we arrived and failed to fix the Heating. We went to reception and asked for someone to fix it and they said no one was available. We decided to leave and go home. Our weekend break was completely ruined. I have asked the host for a full refund and hopefully he will not make a fuss if he does. I shall notify my credit card Company for a reimbursement or perhaps take the matter to the small claims court

We picked a very cold night - the caravan didn't heat up at all. Owners where great with communication & caravan was clean (except one moldy curtain in living area & no light in main bedroom. However we did pick a night that was out of season & the temperature was in the minus 4 Mark.

Avoid like the plague. This place is unfit to stay in. I had expectrd outdated and basic but what we got was filth, disrepair and no privacy due to the missing blinds in main areas. I took off the mattress protectors and would advise nobody sleep in those beds. Filthy, stained mattresses throughout. We left early and complained directly to the owners. Could not have cared less. I eventually got a full refund from Expedia, having pointed out breach of statutory rights and the owner's own written confirmation that they didn't think the issues in the caravan were serious enough to affect my stay. The choice is entirely the paying customer's. I don't believe everything should be perfect but my judgement and feedback is based on the apathy and disinterest of the owners who made no effort to resolve. I sent them photos and videos to evidence the state. It's a vile place. Do yourself a favour and book somewhere else.
