"Got to property at 3p for check-in, room wasn't ready for another 2 hours. Front desk was able to hold our luggage so we would have room to pickup family from airport. They also provided a discount for the inconvenience, which was nice . Front Desk, Bell Service, and Valet personnel were very friendly and helpful. Once we got to the room, it was very spacious. We enjoyed our stay. The eating / coffee establishments within were spread out long distances and was my only draw back due to mobility issues."
