"I sent one of our team leaders here for work in Regina. During the night, a large piece of ice came down from the roof and hit the rental car causing significant damage. In the morning when we tried speaking with the management, everyone ran for cover and said they did not deal with that. We asked for camera footage which apparently they do not have. The follow up is now our insurance company and the rental company will work out the details and pursue this hotel. Good thing the ice only hit the car and not one of the guests. Very poor behavior from this staff. What happened to customer service?"

"It was a very quiet room and dark for sleeping. Not a big room but plenty large enough for us. The only problem we had was there was only one pillow each provided which was fine for my husband but I need more. I asked at the front desk and they gave me another one."

"Would not stay here again. Our room was old outdated, smelt musty, mould in the bathroom. Our bed sheets were stained. We were told our room was ready but if we wanted to check in early had to pay a fee? I can see if they had to go out if their way to clean our room but they didnt. Carpets are all stained. There is a decent pool area with a hottub and water slide good for kids but we weren't even allowed to have water bottles to drink water in pool area. They have a water cooler with small disposable cup but water was gross and warm. Location was convenient numerous amenities around."
