"The rooms are big and the beds comfortable. Enjoyed the hot springs a lot. They are doing a Reno to the facilities so that is good. Carpets had some tears and stains. Furniture had a broken edge and sink cracked. Small things, but it was clean. In house dinning was a bit expensive compared to the quality of the food. Lots of places to eat that you can walk to. Also enjoyed a walk to the tunnels, only a couple of blocks away."

"Parking was easy and secure. Rooms were not vacuumed and there were some beetles in the bathroom. Also somewhat dated. Staff was very nice."
