"Clean room, friendly staff"

"we were very happy the staff allowed us to upgrade after we noticed the room we had was too small for our family. However, the condition of the property is not what we expected. I could hear word for word from the next room, so no soundproof walls at all. Not ideal when you just want a good night sleep. Food from the Moxies was not the best tbh. First night they also got one of our orders wrong and the excuse given was terrible. The rooms smell awful, not sure if some people have smoked in these rooms or carpets aren’t cleaned thoroughly sometimes but there was a bit of a smell at all times which can be very annoying. I guess if you just want something affordable and don’t care much about the comfort and noise you’re good."

"The staff were friendly and helpful, but we didn't have any face cloths or hand towels in our room and had to ask for them, which we got right away. The place is definitely showing its age in a lot of areas, but it was clean and comfortable."

"We enjoyed our stay at Days Inn Calgary South. Parking was free even though the location is in the middle of many Calgary tourist spots. The breakfast and pool were also enjoyable."

"Pool was fun, although they prioritize non guests over guests. Staff communication isn’t clear and all say different things regarding pool resos. Bathroom is old. "

"Closet hanger was completely separated off the wall, the balcony door would not close properly and when it did close, it slammed extremely hard. The sink faucet sprayed water everywhere when turned on and the hot water was scalding. Our last morning we were rudely awaken to an extreme loud couple that rented the room at 3am for only a few hours to nothing related to sleeping. Completely unacceptable for a child to have to hear that."
