"we were very happy the staff allowed us to upgrade after we noticed the room we had was too small for our family. However, the condition of the property is not what we expected. I could hear word for word from the next room, so no soundproof walls at all. Not ideal when you just want a good night sleep. Food from the Moxies was not the best tbh. First night they also got one of our orders wrong and the excuse given was terrible. The rooms smell awful, not sure if some people have smoked in these rooms or carpets aren’t cleaned thoroughly sometimes but there was a bit of a smell at all times which can be very annoying. I guess if you just want something affordable and don’t care much about the comfort and noise you’re good."

"The staff were friendly and helpful, but we didn't have any face cloths or hand towels in our room and had to ask for them, which we got right away. The place is definitely showing its age in a lot of areas, but it was clean and comfortable."

"Everything was great. The free laundry was a real perk! We had to wait quite a while for people to clear their loads, though. Gym was really fantastic and open 24 hours! Breakfast was a bit mediocre, but there were eggs and yogurt, so that was good. "
