"Nice hotel, very close to the airport"

"Stayed on 5 floor 533 problem with thermostat no control , bed was great tv didn’t have any streaming sites . Hotel alarm went off at 10 pm bc some selfness guest was smoking in their room . Not cool hope the guest got charged. Hotel restaurant had good food. Cobb salad excellent. After the alarm going off I will maybe get a BB next time ."

The location and overall service standards were truly impressive. However, my experience at the front desk was disappointing. One of the front office guy came across as unwelcoming and uninterested. There was no smile, and responses to basic questions felt abrupt and lacking warmth"

"Great budget option for our family. Hotel is very nice and the pool is great for the kids . Hotel room was average but comfy and quiet. This hotel is in a central south location making it easy to get onto main routes quickly and close to a lot of amenities, chinook mall and south soccer dome. "
