"Stayed on 5 floor 533 problem with thermostat no control , bed was great tv didn’t have any streaming sites . Hotel alarm went off at 10 pm bc some selfness guest was smoking in their room . Not cool hope the guest got charged. Hotel restaurant had good food. Cobb salad excellent. After the alarm going off I will maybe get a BB next time ."

"I recently stayed here last week and overall, the experience was exceptional. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The location and overall service standards were truly impressive. However, my experience at the front desk was disappointing. One of the front office guy came across as unwelcoming and uninterested. There was no smile, and responses to basic questions felt abrupt and lacking warmth"

"The property is ok, but due for general maintenance. This includes checking batteries in thermostats, windows are getting old (bad winds caused it to be cold, and drafts were felt from the windows), the winds could be heard through the ventilation system, the blinds really could use some maintenance (damaged from guests, wear and tare, not too bad but awkward to use). Really, just better checks on the rooms for general stuff. The breakfast provided was very basic, and does not give options for gluten free (celiac, not a choice). As expected, brought my own. Staff were very nice and helpful."
