"On arrival my wife and I upgraded to a larger room far away from the noisy traffic. The upgrade, by paying extra was made easy by the friendly staff member. The studio room we moved had plenty of space to stay for many nights and it was far away from the noisy highway. "
"We were charged twice for a room that was disappointing, lounge room lights did not work, bare electric wires protruding from wall, tap at hand basin did not work, shower tidy rusty and dirty, and carpets dirty, empty cigarette packet in TV cabinet, TV did not work.
A credit card number was provided to secure the booking but the room was paid for on arrival from a different account, both accounts were debited.
The bed linen seemed to be clean however and the beds comfortable."

"Lower bathroom showerhead broken, entire unit stunk of Indian food coming from next door, neighbors making noise every night until early hours, TV not working. we requested some clean towels which did not arrive. lots of traffic noise. Premises not very clean. For what we paid no value at all."
