"Welcomed by smiling helpful staff, room was warm, clean and tidy, with everything you needed for a few days. Breakfast was good and plentiful, buffet kept full and hot. Again could not fault the helpful staff."

"Overall very good and I'd happy go back, however the hotel has a very strange and rather disjointed layout, and the public spaces whilst very well kept and pleasant don't go the extra mile to make this feel like a premium experience. Let me be clear, this is only the decor, which is in good condition, just not very special. The staff, room and food were excellent"

"Spotlessly clean, good size room. Lifts were timely despite us being on 16th floor and one lift being serviced. Nice breakfast. Location is excellent and I've stayed here 3 times now. "

"The doorman was GREAT i was with my elderly parents and one is in a wheelchair and was a GREAT help with the luggage and opening door. Only thing spoiling it was a selfish parker on the pavement so i could not wheel my mother past."
