When I arrived late at night, with the people at reception could not find my reservation as they had not checked the notification from Expedia, while one of them struggled the other one continued with playing games on their cell phone. "One staff at front desk was rude and unhelpful. I had 2 rooms booked for myself and my daughter's. She acted very suspicious, put us on separate floors and claimed she could not give us 2 keys per room. That is the first time ever i have been told something that ridiculous. I will not stay there again "
