I had a great stay at Namah Nainital. They made our first anniversary very special by giving complementary treats. Staff was very good, they have pick and drop services to Mall road. The location of hotel is also prime, giving beautiful view of Nainital.

Great location, courteous staff very hospitable. Food is also very good a mixture of Indian and continental. We stayed at the Cliff House cottage which is very tastefully done and has 2 bed rooms on split level and living room on lover level. 2 areas where the hotel can get better is one to have more signages as one approaches the hotel. Best approach , directly from main road. Parking is very good. Food is excellent. Staff behavior is very polite with prompt response. Property is spread across a large area with various stay options (type of rooms) , so no congestion and ample space for walking / activities. A very good location indeed in hilly terrain like Bhimtal.

It was really a nice experience specially with family. Kids enjoyed a lot the option of lots of playing activities within the premises. Large space to move within the premises. Good food. Supportive staff. Only issue is approach road to the hotel.

If you want to cover Nainital by staying in Bhimtal then it is the best option. Hotel has ample parking space and it is located on the main road. Other aspects like food, cleanliness, rooms etc are also equally good.
