"We loved our stay. Staff was wonderful. The only thing I’d recommend to improve is sharing more information about the restaurant hours and possible room service. There wasn’t anything posted or listed in my room and the only information I saw was on a handwritten chalkboard. "

"The Hyatt isn’t what it used to be. It may have been in an older room on the 11th floor but there were parts of the carpet that were a little sticky in the bathroom floor was sticky as well. I had to wipe it down. There was also long brown hair on the outside of the toilet basin. Got an early check in and the bar area was open and nice"
