"Room not properly cleaned. Lobby/sitting area had garbage all over the floor. Drug activity in the2nd floor hallway. The desk wouldnt take my chime card for incidentals but allowed guest in front of me to tell them a card number without the physical card. Had to leave about 2 hours after checking in for an emergency and the hotel staff stated the manager would refund and i just had to contact expedia for it and expedia tried multiple times to get ahold of the staff and couldnt. Super sketchy hotel staff."

"Room was very noisy, AC unit made strange noises all night, mini refridge sounded horrible all night long, had to unplug it to sleep. Breakfast is very minimal, very little things to choose from. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were small. "

"Room was clean, but average. No extra blankets were available. Cleaning staff & front desk staff were loud late at night, as well as many people yelling and arguing up & down the halls. Parking was fine. Coffee maker in room was dirty and had limescale on interior which made it not usable."

"The check in at 1 am was the slowest I've seen. it took almost 20 mnutes to check in on a prepaid room. He was very pleasant though. The room was disgusting. Carpet was wet and sticky near one of the beds, it had obviously not been vacced near the dog. The sheet on one of the beds had a hole in it. And the pipes!!! AARGH! They whined and made noise ALL NIGHT LONG! I've NEVER been in a facility where the water pipes kept me up. It was horrific. And the shower the next morning was hot but the hair on the shower walls made me want to throw up. I would NEVER stay here again."
