The room was clean; the staff all around from the front desk to everyone on the floor was kind and courteous. The breakfast was good with a fair selection; the location was convenient. As a single female traveller, I felt taken care of. Some of the security people would come out and ensure that the uber was the right one. This made me feel safe and taken care of.
