Excellent hotel. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I found it very clean, we did not use the gym but it looked very well equipped. We did enjoy the Hot tub, pool, cold plunge, and sauna. The best part as I knew rain was in the forecast, everything was on the roof and covered so you can still utilize everything. Restaurant was pretty good, I found adding the breakfast was worth it for convenience, good selection but it is buffet so i did not expect the best.

The rooms were huge! The staff was super nice and helpful and when we had problem with our room, we were offered a new one without asking. The sauna and steam room are pretty neat, but it would be great if there would be some kind of warm relaxing room within the sauna area. The breakfast was pretty good too! Even though I would love more cheese variation. All in all great hotel would definitely book it again!

Great place to stay

My stay was very pleasant in particular at check in and the restaurant the service was excellent also the buffet at breakfast was good. Although the area around the hotel is very rundown and dangerous to walk at night.

Very nice hotel close to everything. Metro station is within 10 min walk and it only takes 2 stops to get to old town. Many dining options of various price points nearby. The best part was an exceptional service of the stuff and the spa area on the top floor. The massage treatment was amazing.
