Peaceful retreat

The hotel is uphill with beautiful views of the mountains. The sunset was incredible. Be aware the road is unsealed the last kilometre and you need to WhatsApp message the hotel in advance of arrive for them to open the entry gate. Staff were very friendly and accomodating even though our Spanish is terrible. This is a boutique hotel with only 5 rooms and we had the place to ourselves. There is a cafeteria with some snacks, but all meals are made to order off a menu and the presentation is beautiful. You can take meals in your room as well. This is a family run resort which was lovely but the best way to communicate for any needs was WhatsApp, there is no reception desk and the staff readily available but not always visible. There are no shops next door, it is 15 mins by car to a shopping centre. We were able to easily book an uber to the airport from here.
