Very nice location to see historic Quito

Great location in historic Quito with excellent service. The free breakfast is wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay here. However, it would be nice if the wifi worked a bit better in the rooms further away from the common room area and if the hot water was reliable. We took a handful of icy showers.

It was a great location in the old town walking distance to La Ronda and other attractions. The staff were very helpful in confirming reservations , ringing taxis etc. I would stay there again.

Great location, great English speaking staff, great breakfasts, very clean rooms, safe area. I enjoyed entire ten days stay with day trips. I wish that hotel had better prices for the trips they offered. I used trips offered by Quito Tour Bus with fabulous English speaking tour guides.

Good location but if taking a taxi there is no place to stop during rush hour / busy times though this is true of most facilities in the historical area. Beautiful view of the Panecillo from the breakfast room. Within walking distance of churches, museums and close to public transit.

Nice hostel on quiet street, good breakfast

This is a beautiful hostel, that had a nice reception area, living room area where you can help yourself to coffee, tea, water and biscuits, and a roof top restaurant with amazing views. The breakfast was buffet style, and very plentiful. The rooms were a large size, but the mattress was a little hard for my liking. Safes were in the rooms, and the showers had hot water. Wifi was working fine in all areas of the hostel. The reception staff were very nice and helpful. The one complaint I have is that the room windows all facing the interior, so you do not have much privacy, and it could get noisy hearing people in the hallways.
