Friends Hotel & Rooftop - Historic Center & Museums
I can't praise the staff enough, they, particularly Yale, went beyond the call of duty to assist us. Although, there are some stairs up to the rooms, help was available to carry our bags. The room was clean and tidy. I wish we could have spent a couple more nights.

Real Audiencia Hotel
Great service from the minute I arrived. Desk agent met my taxi and helped me. Terrific breakfast w more excellent service. Concierge service helped me locate a phone repair and side trips. Very pleased.
