"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent from the moment I arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They truly made the experience feel welcoming and comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and there are an adequate amount of variety to choose from. The service was outstanding, and it was clear that the team works hard to ensure guests have a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone...

"I gave it five stars in each category because they were great in all of them, but it’s not your typical five star property because it’s not a fancy place. It was clean, comfortable (mattresses was okay but not super comfortable), and very inexpensive. I’d recommend to anyone who wanted a nice, clean and safe place to stay. If you want luxury, that’s not this, but I liked it and I’d stay there again in a minute. Super close to a mall and huge park as well as the soccer stadium and transportation....

"Good hotel, amenities are very good I stayed twice during my trip. I requested airport transfer and all was coordinated and on time. Housekeeping service good, room service 24 hours. Restaurants have good food Ecuadorian choices and a little bit of everything, wait staff was great. Over all a great experience and I loved the price for my reservations that was a reason why I booked with them and really met my expectations. I’ll be back to Hotel Finlandia. "
