"Breakfast is good. You have to go early to avoid to much People. Staff is excellent. Hotel position is also excellent with Subway vers close"

"The area around the hotel was questionable just by view. The local bodegas were amazing Sal’s diner was top notch. The hotel itself was clean. Loved the security you needed your card to get into the elevator and you could only go to your floor. The room was lacking a microwave, seating was also tight in the room but sufficient for what we needed. The bed was soft but I prefer a firmer bed. The view was excellent, the shower was great, hot and plenty of pressure. The towel warmer in the bathroom was a super nice touch. This is not one of those hotels that’s full of amenities and perks but ultimately it’s a clean place to lay your head and has everything that you might need. The staff were polite but they did say your room number aloud . It’s definitely out of the way but again served its purpose."

"Very nice hotel"

"Decently close to public transportation and quiet for the most part. Room was decently clean and bathroom was nice. I asked about storing my bags before check-in and was told we could but when I arrived I needed a code to get in and was told that they couldn’t provide it until later. Thankfully a woman was leaving when we arrived and we were able to enter the hotel and store our bags. The other incident we encountered happened our second night. We were sleeping peacefully and around 5:30 am we were abruptly woken up by yelling and screaming of gibberish and obscenities. Since the hotel is unstaffed, we assume someone snuck in the front door and roamed around the hotel. We felt unsafe and could not get relaxed enough to go back to sleep once the yelling ended. If they had someone on site this probably wouldn’t have happened. "

"The tv was slow internet. Bathroom was impossible to stay dry, due to the shower currents. There’s no microwave in the rooms. Which made it difficult to have food & the mini fridge doesn't maintain the temperature to storage anything. Parking was too expensive $40 a night, was a terrible for clients staying longer than 4 days."
