Little things like stains on hallway carpet, printer unable to print flight pass, and housekeeping staff using the same elevator we use slowing it down. Elevators were slow. Sorry."

"I wasn’t impressed at check out when I was charged another 20.00 US per night as an extra fee (like a resort fee without a resort). That should have been included in the cost of the hotel when I booked. Hotel was close to all things I wanted to see-very walkable, which I really enjoyed. Limited selection in the hotel restaurant, but good for my first night after travelling."
