"Lobby, Pool and Patio Areas are clean, well maintained. There needs to be more attention to the individual floor common areas. Rooms are were the problems lie, I had to change rooms multiple times due to humidity problems smell of mildew, each room had the same issues, AC System in serious need of service, could see moisture on the walls, floors humid. Air freshener seems to have been sprayed in every room which just made it smell like mildew and air freshener."

"A safe place to stay. We had standard 2 queen pool side in the tower. On the 5th floor. Ice machines located on the 4th and 6th floors. Beds comfortable, quality fresh linen, and soft plush pillows. Safe did not lock. Micro mini fridge (sourced from Temu?) :D. Rain shower, soft absorbent towels, but the exhaust fan was not working. Pool area is clean and adequate public space. Not allergen friendly. Extremely limited gluten free options. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Staff was friendly and accommodating. If you park a car, be sure to check out with the front desk before you leave the premises, so the parking ticket can be validated. If the fridge was bigger and if there were more menu choices, they'd have a 9/10."

"The property is undergoing renovations, so be prepared for some inconveniences and noise. The staff were wonderful - always pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. The front desk and pool attendants are stocked with bug spray - take advantage of this! Apparently Marriott and I had some differences of opinion on what constitutes an oceanfront room. I paid for and expected a full oceanfront room, but got an ocean view room, overlooking a roof. That was very disappointing. "
