I have never had a hotel staff be more attentive and helpful in my 25 years of traveling for business. In Shanghai, I stayed at a hotel that cost five times as much as this and no offense to that establishment, but this group of front desk, clerks, and office personnel were the best of my trip. The hotel itself is charming and located in a wonderful neighborhood. I would absolutely stay at this place again. Plus, in an amazing and unprecedented experience as far as my 20 years plus of traveling, they actually did my laundry for me, for free!"
