Excellent stay. Nothing to complain

Stayed here for two nights. Right next to airport and shangumugam beach. The staff was polite and friendly. The rooms were huge and comfortable. Could have done some universal plug sockets. Food is good and breakfast buffet is quite filling. The pool is nice. They are impacted by the statewide prohibition hence no wines or spirits.

Really friendly staff - you feel that your comfort is their number 1 concern. Room is just like the picture, it is spacious and really comfortable. The food is very nice and very reasonably priced. The location is excellent too with shops, sights and good restaurants within walking distance. There is no bar, which is a slight shame, but it appears that will be addressed soon.

We had a great Onam getaway at Gokulam Grand. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The sadya was excellent. Special mention goes to Sangeetha, Nandana, Akash, Aditya and Onam sadya team. The rooftop bar has a great view. The food was delicious. Overall a grand experience and shall definitely recommend.

this was a family holiday-a first time visit to Kerela this hotel far exceeded our expectations I cannot raise a single flaw staff humble kind and honest we have to give specific mention to Santosh who was the hotel driver he was brilliant! He went out of his way to acomadate our internirary-even arriving at 1am to take us towards north Kerela. He was professional, very kind and very knowledgable of local and distant tourist spots! Efficient staff, who do everything to make the stay right. Pleasant and spacious rooms in excellent condition. Good room service, laundry service. I would not hesitate to stay again
