"I was greeted with a welcome drink and friendly staff, who gave me a room upgrade and helped me with my luggage to my beautiful room. Also, the free breakfast is fresh and fantastic!!! The private beach and surf lessons available there were great (visited in late Feb for surf conditions). Also, my GoPro battery was damaged on the plane and the staff was kind enough to not only find a replacement online (not easy to find in the area), but fronted the cash for the order till I was able to return to the hotel for pick up. Fantastic accommodation, staff, breakfast, private beach and balcony view of the pool!!"

"Amazing staff , service and hotel. Have stayed here before in the main hotel 6 or 7 years ago.Stayed in the palace which is a little dated, pool deck in poor state and needs to be improved. Staff though throughout the hotel great. Great cocktails and snacks though beer average. Need more choice.beers."

Every staff member showed incredible attention to detail, remembered our names, and engaged warmly with our two year old son, which made us feel completely comfortable as a family. The dining options were also superb — excellent variety, consistently high quality, and still very family friendly. A truly polished luxury experience. We would absolutely return."
