"Really great location. Felt like I was on my own deserted island. Room was like an island treehouse. Listening to the ocean at night on my own deck was amazing. Food was excellent and great staff made this a very enjoyable stay. If I’m ever back at Tulum beach I will know where to stay!"

"We just returned from our third stay at Be Tulum this February, and once again, it delivered a beautiful and memorable experience. There was some seasonal seagrass, as expected this time of year, but noticeably less than we’ve seen in April. The team does a great job keeping the beach directly in front of the resort clean and enjoyable. Beach service stands out — attentive, prompt, and seamless without ever interrupting the relaxed atmosphere. The service overall is impeccable. The staff is warm, professional, and consistently accommodating - when bikes weren’t available one day, they quickly arranged for us to use bikes at a neighboring resort. Breakfast, which was included, was lovely each morning — fresh, well-presented, and a perfect start to the day. We typically dine out in town for lunch and dinner, so we can’t speak to the other on-property dining options. Be Tulum remains one of our favorite romantic destinations. The atmosphere is intimate, peaceful, and effortlessly beautiful — the perfect place to disconnect and reconnect. We look forward to returning again."

"Literally on the beach, in the area of boutique hotels which are usually smaller and higher value in terms of service and customers. The hotel is a little gem hosted in a luxuriant area. The room is huge with a view on the sea with strong wifi and a safe, no AC but you don t need one, the night breeze cools the room pretty well. The stafd is absolutely awesome, the breakfast was also good! Highly recommended"
