"Our room was the best beach view. We could walk out of our room onto the sand. There was a private room pool on our patio. All the staff was amazing. Ricardo at the front desk was so great and helpful in all our bookings. The food was so good we really only ate at the hotel. Our 6 day trip was simply perfect because of UMi hotel. "It has all the amenities and beach access of a larger resort with a small resort atmosphere.the service was great the staff was friendly and attentive and it was near a convenience store for basic essentials although a larger resort has more socializing you get direct beach access, music, and service and the pool was very clean.Everything youd expect in a tulum resort...rooms were very comfy however it needed a litle more comfortable seating for those that enjoy breaks from playa indoors.."

"Great hotel. My room was actually at the Lula property next door. It was a great deal for a jungle room across the street. Nice room with great details. I used La Zebra amenities. The food was pretty good but expensive. Comfortable covered lounges on the beach. I would stay again. "
