"If I could give Be Tulum a higher rating, I would. This hotel is so special and unique. We stayed in the alcove suite with a plunge pool. It was like we were tucked away in the jungle. So peaceful, serene, and lots of privacy. The room was unique and clean, and the air conditioner was a nice relief from the heat. The restaurants here had amazing food, with beautiful views. The staff overall—from the front desk, to restaurants, and maids—were wonderful. Very attentive and polite. The concierge checked in daily, was super helpful in booking taxis and ATVs, and offered suggestions for other things to do. This was helpful since the seaweed was in full effect, but it didn't take away from the stay or the trip. It was still beautiful, could go in the ocean and lay on the beach beds. Don't let that stop you from booking!"

"Sana Tulum was absolutely beautiful. We came here for a wedding (at a different hotel) and decided to stay here to get away from the crowd, as we wanted to make this our mini moon since we recently got married in March! Rooms were updated, cleaning service came twice a day. They were very kind and accommodating - the food was good (get the burrata pizza and the fish tacos!). Very very clean and the workers are constantly moving throughout to ensure it's clean and habitable. Bugs weren't too bad - obviously bring your bug spray! Sofía, Joss, Jonh & Anda Were incredible and greeted us daily, making sure we were satisfied with the service. The seaweed was present but out of the hotels control - they had workers outside day in and day out removing it from the beach. The rooftop pool is beautiful. Honestly, great for photos and aesthetic - we hired professional photographers through the hotel and didn't even have to leave the hotel to take photos since there was so much to see! The photographers were INCREDIBLE by the way!! (Pedro & Anaurora). We loved it here and would return again in the future. Thank you for an incredible stay!"

"Libelula Tulum Beachfront Hotel truly exceeded my expectations. We stayed for 10 glorious days. The rooms were tasteful and comfortable, with breathtaking ocean views nestled in the privacy and tranquil part of a nature reserve. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure every need was met. The beach was stunning, perfect for relaxation and sunset gazing. The food and drinks were delicious. I highly recommend this gem for a tranquil and unforgettable Tulum experience. A special thanks to Armandito who made us feel like family. You are a special type of human. Keep on doing what you do. "Casa Zaba was amazing! We will definitely return for the seclusion & beautiful home. We took referrals from the management for a private Chef (Pablo) and massages in home (Clara). We enjoyed each meal curated and presented on the porch table; fresh & amazing! You could hear the waves while getting the best massage you’ve ever had. Both referrals were absolutely outstanding. The management host was extremely communicative & responsive. The daily staff who live on the property were so sweet and kind & did an excellent job with housekeeping. You are WAY down beach road if you’ve ever been to this part of Tulum. That’s great as there’s a lot less noise (minus some bass at night from a nearby club, but only the top floor bed can hear it & the loud ocean waves do a good job of drowning it out). You’ll want to get grocery service or hit the store on the way if you go in high season. You will NOT want to drive up and down the road unless it’s early morning & you’re not an anxious driver (if you are - get a ride!). I prefer driving in Mexico & the autonomy to go on private excursions; the seclusion was worth the drive! Walkable eats: Loco - amazing food with pleasant staff. La Onda had the best prices and “world’s best pizza” & Fruitti de Mare with homemade fettuccine with flour flown in from Italy; O.M.G. Amazing! Take time to chat with the owner Mateo!
