"As with many things in life, it’s the people who make the difference, and that was certainly true here. We had a minor issue with our room, but the staff and manager were incredibly kind and apologetic. They immediately offered an upgrade to make things right. While we didn’t feel the upgrade was necessary (we actually loved our room), their willingness to go above and beyond really stood out and spoke volumes about their commitment to service. So thank you Musae Relais & Spa!!"
