"Thank you very much to the receptionist Val, who was super helpful with accommodations. We loved our room #84, parking was a bit confusing and she helped us figure it out. She is awesome and the hotel is great. Wished the pools and sauna were a bit warmer."

"We went for a romantic weekend, weather as 22 c Dry , materia was clean, the hotel staff especially in the restaurant were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us , we would recommend staying half board, food was fantastic, the room was clean , the only negative ( no English channels) so we couldn’t watch anything while getting ready for dinner! But again overall it was brilliant well done!!!"

"Great place to stay in Matera. One block from the piazza and everything in the piazza including the Sassi. The rooms are not luxurious but are comfortable and very clean. Wi-Fi is very reliable and decently fast. Worked fine for everyday use and for streaming. The breakfast was very good. Nothing excessive and nothing hot. But lots of great choices from cereals, fruit, pastries, pies, cheese, bread, and meats."

"We were welcomed so warmly by a lovely gentleman named Mario. The whole staff were kind, helpful and friendly. Our room was large, clean and comfortable with beautiful views of the ravine and historic caves. Breakfast in the morning was comprehensive, fresh, and delicious. I have celiac and they provided a gluten free basket of goodies for me every morning. A lovely boutique hotel with wonderful staff, I would stay here again."
