"The property is poorly advertised and very difficult to locate, as it’s inside a residential area with no signs on the road. Even our taxi driver struggled to find it. It’s also not accessible for people with mobility issues, as there are many steps."

"El hotel es toda una experiencia desde la llegada (llegamos en coche) nos identificaron y trataron con una experiencia personal y única. Las instalaciones son top en México y las villas son exclusivas y de gran gusto y confort. La alberca privada, las vistas y lo que considera como sillones, hamaca, mesas son increíbles para una escapada romántica. Todo el staff es muy amable y profesional. El buffet vale toda la pena con detalles de alta calidad y excelente sabor y servicio para culminar una experiencia de alto nivel. Regresaré y muy pronto."

"hotel is in a great area for eat outs and entertaintment front door staff is great they help you out the most on places to eat an do an go awson. only thing is that they make you wear hand ribben ur whole stay n they tell you so you can acess the beach n come in the resort again but it turns out ribbons are use for pool area they charge locals a fee to use pool so if you sleep late pool area is packed no chairs or tables available an they want an id for towels i took my passport i wasnt going to give them a passport for beach towels it seems locals are better takencare of than guest an forget about dont disturb signs in ur door they call an call ur room phone im guessing to see if ur there. n they still go in ur room an try to clean i was only there for weekend didnt need my room clean ive stayed in many hotels an i have never ever had an experience like the one in cyrstals the ritz is right next to cyrtals im not affeliated in any way nor i care about ritz hotels but it might cost a little more there activitys look better managed. not promoting nor i care were you end up booking im just telling you what ive experience i live in los angeles california i travel alot to vegas i could tell a good hotel from a poor managed one.."

"The hotel is beautiful and has a privileged view and location, unfortunately the hotel is a little bit run down, service is good as the staff is very friendly but it feels like they are missing more staff and sometimes things take to long to arrive. The only real issue I had was the food, the quality was terrible and taste was subpar. I had to return a ceviche trio because the fish was completely off, dry and smelly. On my last day I had the sopes with cecina and immediately had an upset stomach. Dinner at the star restaurant was far below my expectations also for a “renowned chef menu” "
